Course Registration Policy


Registration and Payment

  • A place will be reserved for you upon receipt of your registration. You will be informed on the status of your registration via email 2 weeks before the course scheduled date.
  • Please send your payment to us when you receive our invoice. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, bank draft or credit card.
  • Please do not send cash by mail. For payment by cash, please come down personally to our office.
  • GST is not applicable for registration from companies registered overseas.
  • Course fee is inclusive of Training Materials & Notes, Certificate of Participation (minimum of 75% attendance), Lunch & Tea Breaks, unless otherwise stated.
  • All cheques/bank drafts should be made payable to "Marketing Institute of Singapore", crossed and marked "A/C payee only" and send it to:

Please indicate your name, contact no., course title and invoice no. behind the cheque/bank draft.

 

MIS Member Discount

Corporate and Individual Members of the Marketing Institute of Singapore are entitled to a 20% discount on all Executive Development Programmes. For membership enquiries, please email membership@mis.org.sg.

 

Group Booking Discount

Companies are entitled to a 5% discount for sending 3 or more participants to the same course on the same date.

 

Withdrawals / No-Show

For any withdrawals or cancellation, participants will be subjected to the following charges:

25% of course fee
Less than 3 working days or No-Show
100% of course fee

Replacements from the same company are allowed.

 

Cancellation

The Marketing Institute of Singapore reserves the right to change or cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Learning Venue

All Executive Development Programmes will be conducted at the Institute premise, located at Anson Centre, 51 Anson Road #03-53 unless otherwise stated. We are located within proximity from Tanjong Pagar MRT station. Click here for directions.
