Step 1: Submission of Application Form
A completed copy of the Application Form is to be submitted via email or online.

Note: Application Form must reach the Institute at least 30 days before course commencement.

Step 2: Confirmation by MIS Training Centre
Application will be made known to the participant within 07 working days. Upon confirmation, participant will receive an Invoice from the Institute and is required to make payment for the stipulated Course Fees.

Step 3: Payment of Course Fees
Participants may choose from the various mode of payment:

  • Cheque
    • The cheque should be payable to MIS Training Centre. Please pass the cheque to the officer in charge on the course date or mail it out at least 3 working days prior to the course commencement date to: 51 Anson Road #03-53 Anson Centre Singapore 079904 (Please attention it to: Accounts Department).
  • Giro/TT
    • For GIRO or TT payment, please remit to:

  • Cash/NETS
    • Please pay at the counter and ask for a receipt. All participants are required to make payment before attending the course. Participant is not allowed to attend the course without payment to MIS Training Centre.

Please email to the Institute the full name of the replacement participant before the commencement date.
