Step 1: Submission of Application Form
A completed copy of the Application Form is to be submitted via email or online.

Note: Application Form must reach the Institute at least 30 days before course commencement.

Step 2: Confirmation by MIS Training Centre
Application will be made known to the participant within 07 working days. Upon confirmation, participant will receive an Invoice from the Institute and is required to make payment for the stipulated Course Fees.

Step 3: Payment of Course Fees
Participants may choose from the various mode of payment:

  • Cheque
    • The cheque should be payable to MIS Training Centre. Please pass the cheque to the officer in charge on the course date or mail it out at least 3 working days prior to the course commencement date to: 51 Anson Road #03-53 Anson Centre Singapore 079904 (Please attention it to: Accounts Department).
  • Giro/TT
    • For GIRO or TT payment, please remit to:

In addition, the student is also required to submit the following supporting documents.

Supporting Documents (for Local Students only)

  1. CERTIFIED TRUE COPIES of educational certificates / degrees / diplomas. Certifications must be made by the awarding institutions or at the Institute, in which case, the originals must be presented for verification.
  2. One passport-sized photograph.
  3. A crossed Cheque of the non-refundable prescribed application fees (including GST) made to “MIS Training Centre”. Payment by Cash, NETS and Credit Cards are accepted at the Institute.

Note: application forms and supporting documents have to reach the Institute at least 02 months before programme commencement.

Step 3: Acceptance by the School
The outcome of the application will be made known to the student within 07 working days. A Student Contract will be issued.

Step 4: Acceptance by the Student
The student needs to submit the signed copy of the Student Contract to the Institute via post / e-mail / fax.

For Local Student
Upon submitting the Student Contract, the student will receive the Payment Advice from the Education Consultant and is required to make payment for the stipulated programme fee.
